Accessibility statement
This accessibility statement details Tesu Health Ltd’s approach to ensuring that our websites and applications are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities, and providing an experience for everyone which is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.
Our commitment to accessibility
Tesu Health is dedicated to ensuring that our websites (tesuhealth.com, prediawell.com) and our mobile applications (PreDiaWell) are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. We are committed to providing an inclusive online experience for everyone which is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust. We strive to make our websites as accessible as possible and to comply with recognised accessibility standards.
What we comply with
We have taken several steps to enhance the accessibility of our websites to ensure that they meet or exceed the standards set forth by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) including WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Here are some of the measures we have implemented:
- Provide Text Alternatives: We include alt text for all non-text content like images and multimedia.
- Colour Contrast: We maintain sufficient colour contrast for text and interactive elements to be readable.
- Navigation and Consistency: We ensure a consistent and logical navigation structure.
- Headings and Semantic HTML: We use proper heading structure (h1, h2, h3, etc.) and semantic HTML elements.
- Page Titles and Link Text: We use descriptive page titles and meaningful link text.
- Consistent Language: We maintain consistent language and avoid jargon or acronyms that may be unfamiliar.
- Responsive Design: We ensure that our websites and mobile applications are usable on various devices and screen sizes.
- Multimedia Accessibility: We ensure that captions and transcripts are provided for audio and video content.
We recognise that there are areas where our websites and mobile applications can be improved to further enhance accessibility:
- Keyboard Accessibility: We are actively working to ensure all website functions and content can be navigated and operated using a keyboard alone.
- Zoom & Font Scaling: We are actively working to ensure that the users of the mobile application can zoom in up to 400% without loss of content or functionality.
Compliance status
Our websites and mobile applications are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version WCAG 2.2 Level AA standard.

We are dedicated to continuous improvement in accessibility. We are actively working to address the areas where we currently fall short, and we aim to enhance the overall accessibility of our websites and mobile applications. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we strive to provide an inclusive online environment for all users.
Enforcement procedure
The Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) (No. 2) Accessibility Regulations 2018 apply to public sector organisations and do not apply to Tesu Health, which is a private organisation.
However, Tesu Health is committed to making its websites and digital products accessible and usable for as wide a range of users as possible. We consider accessibility during the design, development and ongoing improvement of our services, taking into account recognised accessibility standards and the needs of our users.
If you experience accessibility issues when using our websites or mobile applications, or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us so that we can review and address the issue where reasonable.
